Astromeg Oracle AI Refund Policy

Astromeg Oracle AI is a digital guidance product. Because access is delivered digitally and may include access codes, private links, generated materials, or account-based entry, purchases are generally final once access has been released.

Final Sale After Code or Link Release

Once access codes, login credentials, or private access links have been released to the customer, the agreement is final and the purchase becomes non-refundable. This includes situations where the customer has not yet used the code or link after it has been delivered.

If a customer has trouble logging in, accessing the Oracle, or using the released code or link, Customer Care will assist with troubleshooting, login support, and access restoration.

Manual Payments

This refund policy also applies to manual payments, including payments made outside the website checkout link. Once payment is confirmed and the access code, login details, or private access link has been released, the purchase is final and non-refundable except under the refund exceptions below.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be reviewed only in limited cases, such as duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or unresolved technical access issues that Customer Care cannot correct.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with interpretations, timing, predictions, personal outcomes, or the nature of the astrology guidance provided.

No Auto-Renewal or Auto-Deduct Subscription

Astromeg Oracle AI is sold as a fixed access period. It is not an auto-renewing or auto-deducting subscription. When the stated access period expires, access simply ends and the customer is not automatically charged again.

Customers may purchase a new access period separately if they wish to continue after expiration. Previous payments are not prorated or refunded unless required by law or approved under a refund exception.
